On 6 March, by the second reading, the National Assembly adopted the draft law on the amendments made to the Law “On education”.
When the main rapporteur, Deputy of the Prosperous Armenia Party Tigran Urikhanyan was presenting his initiated draft law to the parliamentarians, he had stated that the amendments to the law would allow students to pay their tuition fees in monthly installments, not every semester. According to the MP, this will ease students’ financial burden.
