Newzoo has named the most popular types of mobile apps, reports Life.

As expected, social networks are in first place (used by 67% of smartphone users), followed by shopping apps (56%), mobile games (50%), as well as music and streaming services, respectively.

Analysts state that mobile games are becoming more and more popular. They expect that there will be up to 2.4 billion mobile gamers in 2019 and that the net profit will comprise $148 billion.
