On 19 June 2018, Don Pipo (Artur Asatryan) was detained and charged under the suspicion of committing a crime provided for by points 1, 2, 3 and 6 of Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (by a group of persons with prior agreement, by using violence dangerous for life or health or threat of using violence, by using weapons or items used as weapons, against two or more persons) and part 2 of Article 235 (illegal procurement and keeping of weapons and ammunition by a group with prior agreement).
