By the decree of President of Armenia Armen Sargsyan, Gagik Aslanyan has been appointed head of aviation-head of department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

“Accepting as a basis the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 35.1 and point 1 of part 1 of Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On military service and status of military serviceman”, to appoint Gagik Aslanyan head of aviation-head of department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia”, Armen Sargsyan’s decree reads, as reported the news service of the Staff of the President.

By another decision of Armen Sargsyan, pursuant to part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as point 11 of part 1 of Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On military service and status of military serviceman”, Avetik Muradyan has been dismissed from the office of head of aviation-head of department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
