President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan convened a meeting on Thursday to discuss the issues related to the development of telecommunications.
Special attention was paid to widening the coverage of the Artsakh Public television, including broadcasting to the Diaspora.
President Sahakyan pointed out it is a strategic issue as it contributes both to NKR’s recognition abroad and strengthening of inter-Armenian ties.
