YEREVAN. – Our understanding of the agenda for the Karabakh settlement has not changed.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday stated the aforementioned at the National Assembly of Armenia, while he presented the 2018 activity report of the government.
At the same time, he assured yet again that the meetings toward resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict should not have a specific agenda at the initial phase.
