YEREVAN. – Even though the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia on Friday morning was to reconvene its special session on the government’s initiative, there was lack of a respective quorum at 11am.

As a result, NA speaker Ararat Mirzoyan announced that another attempt to reconvene would be made at 3pm.

In this special sitting, the legislature shall debate on—and in the second reading—the law package with respect to the drafts on making amendments to the NA regulations’ constitutional law, and on making amendments and supplements to the law on the Constitutional Court.
