Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Armen Ashotyan has touched upon the March 29 Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting in Vienna on his Facebook page.

“My fresh response to today’s Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting:

1. There is no record of Nikol Pashinyan’s pledge to have Artsakh become a party to the negotiations.

2. There are at least two major differences in the press releases of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and the Staff of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in terms of content.

3. A reminder of the need for implementation of the agreements reached in Vienna, Saint Petersburg and Geneva is missing once again.

4. There is no reminder of the principles for settlement of the conflict. It is not clear what happened to the pledges made in Stepanakert and related to the need for clarification of the 3 principles and 6 elements for settlement.

5. What is the reason for Aliyev’s positive assessment?

I will talk about this in more detail during a live broadcast tomorrow,” wrote Ashotyan.
