Artsakh deputy defense minister Samvel Karapetyan announced his resignation on Tuesday.

Samvel Karapetyan expressed gratitude to all his colleagues.

“I am convinced that the Artsakh Armed Forces will fulfill all tasks with honor,” he said in a statement adding: “The army will be in the center of my attention and in case of any threat to my homeland, without wasting a second, I will join its rows again.”
