I support the statement by Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Davit Tonoyan. This is what Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan told journalists at Yerablur Military Pantheon on 2 April.

According to him, in diplomacy, it is important for Armenia to be clear and make the adversary understand that it will suffer more losses, if the Armenian party is entangled in a war.

“Moreover, the use of Iskanders is not ruled out. New territories can be liberated as a result of war,” he stated.

During a meeting with members of the Armenian community of New York, Armenia’s Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan expressed his willingness to reformulate the “territories for peace” principle as “new war for new territories” principle in case of new Azerbaijani aggression.
