Why should the construction and renovation of roads start on 15 June? This is what Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan declared during the April 4 government session.

“We want to allocate another AMD 7 billion for roads this year. If we prolong the works, it will turn out that we can’t spend the money. We have been facing this problem since last year. It’s not that we don’t have the money. We’re not able to spend the money properly and with quality. This leads to financial losses and decelerates economic growth,” he said.
