An unresolved Karabakh conflict not only prevents establishment of peace and stability in the region, but also hinders development of regional countries, including Azerbaijan, said head of the EU delegation to Azerbaijan.

In an interview with Azerbaijani state television Roland Kobia stressed resolution of the Karabakh conflict will create favorable conditions to smooth development of the regional states. Kobia believes Armenia and Azerbaijan will once achieve a diplomatic agreement. “Another point is the parties can move fast or slow,” he added.
