Is there such a person who thinks that there could be pressure on the press in the Armenia where I am the Prime Minister?

PM Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday posed this question to reporters at Noragavit customs office, and reflecting on his statement with respect to “fakes” was viewed as pressure on the press.

In Pashinyan’s words, the matter was regarding the “fakes” that preach violence as well as hatred based on ethnicity.

Several days ago, National Security Service (NSS) Director Artur Vanetsyan stated that the creator of an open society page was detained along the lines of a criminal case on charges of sowing racial, religious, and national hatred.

At the Armenian government’s Cabinet meeting on April 4, PM Nikol Pashinyan had instructed the NSS chief to deal with “fakes.”
