YEREVAN. – I say one thing once, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan told reporters on Wednesday.

He noted this while responding to the question as to whether he still insists that a State Revenue Committee (SRC) employee should hand in his resignation because of a dirty national flag of Armenia.

And to a reporter’s query as to whether this is acceptable in legal terms, the PM responded as follows: “If anyone finds that the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia can’t protect the flag of the Republic of Armenia, then our understanding about the state is different.”

During his tour Tuesday at Noragavit automobile customs house, Pashinyan had demanded from a SRC employee to submit his letter of resignation due to a dirty Armenian national flag that was placed under a wall.
