YEREVAN. – The funds that were called investments in many cases were nothing but “offshore processes”, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan told reporters during an investment forum in Artashat.
PM was asked why the investments into province make $4.5 million only.
“The funds that were called investments in many cases were nothing but ‘offshore processes’. Now we have to start from scratch. I am sure we are on the right path,” he said.
