President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Bako Sahakyan visited today the Martakert region and, in Talish village, convened a consultation over issues related to implementation of various programs in the village.
As reported the press service of the President of Artsakh, Minister of State Grigory Martirosyan and other state officials attended the consultation.
