STEPANAKERT. – President of the National Assembly (NA) of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), Ashot Ghoulyan, on Tuesday received Vartan Gharpetian, a member of the Glendale City Council of the US state of California.
They discussed Artsakh’s economy, pan-Armenian programs, and prospects for cooperation with the Armenian diaspora, especially the Armenian community of Glendale, NA media and public relations department informed.
