YEREVAN. – The dead body of junior officer Samvel Mezhlumyan, a serviceman of a military unit of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia—and who was out of military service, was found Wednesday at about 7pm in Gyumri city, hanging from a tree, and by a rope.
The Investigative Committee is preparing a report on this incident, the committee’s information and public relations division informed.
An investigation is underway.
