YEREVAN. – The government won’t make any anti-state, anti-national decision. Lilit Makunts, head of the majority My Step faction in the National Assembly of Armenia, on Wednesday told this to reporters, and reflecting on the matter of whether the Amulsar gold mine will be operated.
“At this moment, the need for a new EIA [Environmental Impact Assessment] is being studied at the Ministry of Environment,” she added. “We’ll see what the result will be.”
