YEREVAN. – The Melkonyan family from Ayagavan village of Armenia's Ararat is sending seven students to school this year.
Seven out of 15 children will go to school, Martik Melknyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The school will close unless the Melkonyans go there, the villagers joke.
“I was happy when my seven children went to school this morning. It is very hard, but we managed to buy all necessary things,” he said.
Martik said the administration of Ararat province as well as village administration and different organizations stretched out a helping hand.
