The central apparatuses of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) and the Republic of Armenia on Monday held their first joint consultation with the heads of the diplomatic missions and consulates of the Republic of Armenia in Stepanakert, as reported the news service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh.

Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh and Armenia Masis Mayilyan and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan delivered their speeches during the consultation.

In his speech, Masis Mayilyan presented the key foreign policy priorities of Artsakh, as well as the position of the government of Artsakh on the country’s international recognition and the settlement of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh.
