The results of the work carried out within the framework of the cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh were discussed, as well as the things to do were outlined with President Bako Sahakyan of the Republic of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh Republic)]. Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Artak Davtyan, on Thursday told this to Artsakh Press, after his meeting with President Sahakyan.

In his words, during their talk they touched also upon engineering works at the military outposts, exchange of knowhow, and some other matters.

Davtyan said the cooperation is positive.

And referring to the situation on the frontlines, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia said as follows: “I assess the situation as stable, calm. At the same time, I’m confident that the armed forces are ready at any moment to accomplish the tasks set before them.”
