Polling stations for local self-government elections kicked off in Artsakh Sunday.
Voting will last until 8pm.
A total of 415 candidates participate in the elections in 228 communities of Artsakh and the capital Stepanakert.
Five candidates claim the post of mayor of Stepanakert: self-nominees David Sargsyan, Armen Hakobyan, Grigory Sahakyan, Areg Avakyan and nominated by the Identity and Unity party Arayik Avanesyan.
