The statement by the former director of the National Security Service of Armenia Artur Vanetsyan is a statement about the beginning of his political activity, said Bright Armenia party leader Edmon Marukyan.

According to him, Vanetsyan’s statements indicate that he has set rather long-term goals for himself.

The head of the faction said that they had quite normal and warm relations with Artur Vanetsyan, and his resignation was a surprise for them.

As reported earlier, The director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia Artur Vanetsyan filed a letter of resignation to the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
