President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan attended a liturgy in the Gandzasar monastery dedicated to the re-opening of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
The President handed over state awards to the “Arran - Mystic Country” documentary film producer, director, screenwriter, and sound director.
Bako Sahakyan underscored the importance of such movies for studying the native history.
