BAKU. - President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his Greek counterpart Karolos Papoulias held a private meeting in Baku on Tuesday.

The officials stressed successful development of bilateral political and economic relations between Azerbaijan and Greece.

Both sides underlined good prospects for cooperation in the energy sector, Azerbaijani mass media reports referring to the Azerbaijani president’s website.

The presidents also discussed bilateral and international issues.

President of Greece Karolos Papoulias is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.
