Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan has signed a decree on conferring honorary title of the Artsakh Honored Lawyer to the member of the Council of the Artsakh Republic Advocates' Chamber Shoura Ohanyan for the long-term fruitful work in the judiciary system and in connection with the 70th birthday anniversary, Artsakh President's press service reported.
