Amid the meeting of the CIS Council of Defense Ministers in Baku, Azerbaijan is obviously provocative, escalating tensions on the border with Armenia, said the spokersperson for Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
“We urge Azerbaijan to refrain from provocations and, for our part, note that provocations will not remain unanswered," Artsrun Hovhannisyan said adding that it will be after the meeting.
