Since the passage of the anti-criminal-underground law this year in Russia, 23 “criminal authorities” have been indicted under it, Prime Crime news agency reports.

To note, Armenian “thieves in law” Rashid Khachatryan (a.k.a. Rashid Jambulski), Sergey Asatryan (a.k.a. Osetrina Jr.), and Arsen Mkrtchyan (a.k.a. Arsen Yerevanski) are among them.

The law envisages 8 to 15 years in prison with a fine of up to 5 million rubles.
