Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed Thursday a decree according to which major-general Albert Khachiyan from November 1st is released from the position of first deputy to the head of the Artsakh National Security Service, Artsakh President's press service repored.
He was separated from the service in the nationals security bodies for retiring on a pension after long term service.
