Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan has declined to comment on the involvement of his predecessor Seyran Ohanyan in the March 1 case.
Tonoyan noted that he would not like to make an emotional or private judgment as an official.
When asked about whether Oganyan could allow actions that did not stem from the interests of the state, Tonoyan noted that he did not want to believe this and qualified Ohanyan as a person striving to work in the interests of the state.
