I have nothing to debate with former Director of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan. This is what Davit Sanasaryan, whose powers as head of the State Oversight Service are temporarily suspended, told journalists today.

The journalists particularly asked Sanasaryan why he is silent and passive now when he had responded to Vanetsyan and said he could say a lot of things, if he opened his mouth.

“I have decided not to respond now. I don’t think I have a debate with him. I had warned him not to get entangled and make mistakes,” Sanasaryan stated, adding that he will talk when the time comes.

When told that both he and Vanetsyan say they will talk when the time comes and asked when the time will come, he said the following: “When I feel the moment has come for me to talk, I will. I don’t think there is any need to speak now.”
