Mehriban Aliyeva, wife of the President of Azerbaijan and the country’s Vice-President, dreams of listening to Mugham in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic).
“Our only dream is to listen to the Shikeste (Mugham) of Karabakh together on the land of Karabakh,” she wrote on her official Telegram page.
