At the invitation of President of the International Union of Judicial Officers Mark Schmitz, the delegation led by acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel of Justice Davit Beginyan is in Paris on a two-day working visit to participate in the annual plenary session of the Council of the International Union of Judicial Officers on November 28-29.

During the enlarged session, the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs of the Russian Federation and the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which enshrined the future joint actions of the parties, that is, organizing of reciprocal visits, as well as exchange of documents and information related to the legislation on compulsory enforcement and law-enforcement practice and exchange of experience.

During the personal talks that Beginyan held with Schmitz on the sidelines of the plenary session, Schmitz expressed gratitude to Beginyan for accepting the invitation to participate in the plenary session and stated that he attaches importance to the development of cooperation with Armenia as a full-fledged member of the Union and with the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

In his turn, Beginyan expressed gratitude for the cordial reception and for organizing the plenary session at a high level.

Beginyan also had bilateral meetings with the heads of the delegations of partnering countries (Georgia, Lithuania and Czech Republic) and discussed the areas and opportunities for expansion of cooperation.
