YEREVAN. – All OSCE participating States have stated that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict must be resolved on the basis of three principles, including the right to self-determination. Armenia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan told this to Tert.am, reacting to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s statement in Baku on December 17 that Ukraine and Azerbaijan support each other "in the matters of complete restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity."

"All OSCE participating States have stated that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict must be resolved on the basis of three principles, including the right to self-determination," Naghdalyan said. “Ukraine has reaffirmed that commitment during its chairmanship in the OSCE. The Armenian side will always pursue the fulfillment of OSCE commitments."
