YEREVAN. – Past newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: The incumbent RA authorities have some problems in connection with interactions with their Russian counterparts; this is mainly due to the RA governing circles’ activities prior to the period of being in power.
The government source of Past newspaper reports that, at present, for the Russian political circles, the most acceptable person in the current Armenian authorities with whom they can negotiate a little more normally and find compromises is Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
By the way, it is Grigoryan who is in charge of the general work on the EEU affairs, as well as preparing documents related to Russia.
