YEREVAN. – Hraparak newspaper of Armenia writes: A joint session of the Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] and Armenia security councils will be held in Yerevan by the end of the year.
It will be officially stated that the goal is to summarize the work done after the joint session in Artsakh in early 2019, but in fact, the reason is the expected developments around Nagorno-Karabakh.
