There is an opinion that (…) this joint meeting was a unique demonstration of unity, so to speak, of act (…) against Azerbaijan.

Did it serve its purpose? "Not only." Did the ice break between the elites of Artsakh and Armenia (...)? By the way, during our last joint meeting in Karabakh, according to our information, [Armenian PM Nikol] Pashinyan had insisted that he sit alone at the head of the table, the Karabakh party had objected. This time even [Armenian President] Armen Sarkissian was at the head of the table; we have entered a period of responsibility sharing. "First, there was no ice with Artsakh.
