Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited the Mekhakavan settlement in the Hadrout region Monday and was present at a festive New Year event organized there for the children of the Defense Army servicemen, Artsakh President's press service reported.
Sahakyan congratulated everybody on the coming holidays wishing peace, health, happiness and all the best.
