President of Russia Vladimir Putin has offered to consider amending the Constitution, reports TASS, citing Putin’s message addressed to the Federal Assembly.
The President also doesn’t see a need to adopt a new Constitution.
Putin also offered to enshrine the supremacy of the Constitution in the legal territory of Russia and deemed it necessary to enshrine in the Constitution of the Russian Federation the principles of a unified system of public authorities.
