STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh Republic Defense Army serviceman Vahram Avagyan (born in 2000), sustained a fatal gunshot wound on January 30, at around 1:15pm, in a Defense Army military unit, and under yet uncertain circumstances, the press service of the Artsakh Ministry of Defense reported.
An investigation is underway to find out the details of the incident.
