YEREVAN. – Hovhannes Khudoyan, a lawyer for second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, today filed a motion that Armen Danielyan, the Court of Appeal judge presiding, recuse himself from this hearing.

Khudoyan presented a number of points that, according to him, confirm the need for this judge to recuse himself.

"It's about your subjectivity," the lawyer added, in particular.

As reported earlier, today the Court of Appeal is examining the Prosecutor's Office appeal of a first-instance court ruling that had upheld Kocharyan's lawyers' motion to provide the case files in full.
