Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin intends to personally award chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC)—and Armenia’s former Prime Minister—Tigran Sargsyan the first-class Pyotr Stolypin Medal, RIA Novosti reports.

"I would like to cordially congratulate Tigran Sargsyan on his [60th birthday] anniversary and thank him for his work as chairman of the board of the commission," he said during a meeting of the EEU extended intergovernmental council meeting. “We have worked very actively with him. I wish him good health and further success and would like to inform that at the end of the session he will be awarded the first-class Pyotr Stolypin Medal. I hope I will do it myself."
