The 6 pan-national consensuses I proposed on August 5, 2019 in Stepanakert as a cornerstone and formula for pan-Armenianness, national unity. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted this on Facebook.

"Consensus 1: Violence should be excluded from the mechanism for resolving any inter-Armenian issue," he added, in particular. “Consensus 2: The people and their free expression of will are the only source of forming power. (…).

Consensus 3: The sovereignty of Armenia, Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] and the Armenian people is of the highest value (...).

Consensus 4: Armenia and Artsakh should be free from corruption. (…).

Consensus 5: The rule of right and law, the equality of all before the law shall become the axis of relations between the nation. (…).

Consensus 6: The most important consensus: The goal of the negotiation process for the settlement of the Artsakh issue should be to protect the results of the Artsakh liberation struggle waged for the self-determination and security of the people of Artsakh. As a result of the negotiations, any solution considered acceptable to the governments of Armenia and Artsakh can be considered acceptable only if approved by the people of Armenia and Artsakh."
