We need to remember the authors of this bill because if the submitted anti-state bill is adopted, they will have to be held responsible when the future generations ask them why they created a precedent that never helped the Republic of Armenia have an independent judiciary. This is what human rights activist Arsen Babayan stated in his Facebook post.
“Deputies (37 in number, this is symbolic) today submitted to the National Assembly a draft for amendments to the Constitution, the adoption of which will turn the Republic of Armenia into a monarchy with formal democratic institutions.
We need to remember the authors of this bill because if the submitted anti-state bill is adopted, they will have to be held responsible when the future generations ask them why they created a precedent that never helped the Republic of Armenia have an independent judiciary.
But before they are held accountable to the future generations (in history textbooks) for being anti-state, they have to be subjected to criminal liability after the future and real revolution.
I assure you that there will be a real revolution in the Republic of Armenia…”
