At its today's session, the Government of the Republic of Armenia made a decision to privatize, in accordance with the legislation of the country, the residential areas occupied by those forcibly deported from Azerbaijan in 1988-1992 and granted Armenian citizenship. We are talking about 11 residential areas.

The reasoning of the decision states that these persons had submitted petitions to the State Property Management Committee requesting that the residential areas occupied by their families be privatized to them.
