STEPANAKERT. – One application has been submitted so far for the March 31 national elections in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

Documents on the registration of Ruslan Israyelyan, who is nominated by the Independence Generation party as a candidate for president, are being reviewed at the Artsakh Central Electoral Commission (CEC), the latter informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Some parties had informed about running in the elections on their own, and some—with a bloc, but have not yet submitted any respective documents to the CEC.
