Ara Vardanyan, former Executive Director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund, has posted a photo on his Facebook page, which shows the Twitter post of an Azerbaijani by the name of Samir Mammadov, who says that the Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, had met with Nagorno-Karabakh’s representative in Azerbaijan.

"I demand the Armenian Foreign Minister to speak with Andrzej Kasprzyk at this very moment and protest the noted below," Vardanyan also wrote, in particular. “Moreover, the Armenian side should demand the disclaimer of this information. And if there will be no disclaimer, the Armenian side should stop all types of negotiations [to resolve the Karabakh conflict] until the agenda of the negotiations is clarified.

The irony is that this information is being circulated after the OSCE Chairperson declares that there is a positive dynamic in the negotiations. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation also declares the same."
