After the submission of the motions at the trial of the criminal case against Armenia’s ex-President Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials, the court listened to the final statements of the two parties.
The defense had filed a motion to terminate the criminal proceedings against the defendants.
The prosecution, however, did not make a final statement at this phase.
