YEREVAN. – It is too early to talk about the postponement of the [constitutional] referendum because we still have a month to go [until April 5], and we do not know what the process will be—the  spread, or the receding, of the coronavirus [in Armenia]. Hrachya Hakobyan, an MP from  the majority My Step faction in the National Assembly, said this in a conversation with journalists in parliament today.

"If the virus recedes, if we feel that the situation is completely controllable in early April, the referendum may not be delayed," he said. "But if the situation gets worse, that delay process can be considered."
